This coffee is decaffeinated using water, no chemicals here. Used both as a drip and espresso, this coffee is roasted a little darker since the decaf process eliminates a significant amount of the flavor that a caffeinated coffee will possess.
Dark smoky rich, some hints of cinnamon on the finish.
